Oosik Tactical Timepieces was born from the grit, loyalty, and unbreakable bond of a ETT deployed to advise and train the Afghan National Police (ANP)  in  Afghanistan. Our unit, affectionately dubbed “Team Oosik,” was forged through shared hardship, relentless missions, and the kind of brotherhood that only  deployments can create.

The name Oosik pays tribute to that legacy—but it runs deeper than just a call sign. In the traditions of Native Alaskans, an oosik (carved from the walrus baculum) was a tool, a weapon, a work of art—crafted to be strong, dependable, and adaptable. That spirit lives on in every watch we design.
