Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Liability:
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), OTT is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier, and claims must be filed with them directly.

3. Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. OTT is not liable for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

4. Customs and Import Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. OTT is not responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during international transit.

5. Pre-Orders:
Items marked as pre-order will ship on or around the estimated date listed. Delays in production or logistics may occur and will be communicated when possible.

6. Delivery Confirmation:
Delivery confirmation from the carrier serves as proof of delivery. OTT is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" that are claimed as missing or stolen.

7. Shipping Insurance (if applicable):
If you select or purchase additional shipping insurance, claims for damage or loss must be submitted through the designated insurance provider or shipping carrier.

8. Signature Confirmation (optional):
For added security, customers may request signature confirmation for delivery. Contact us prior to ordering to arrange this service.
