To be eligible for a return, the watch must meet the following conditions:

Returned in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear or use
All original packaging, protective films, accessories, and documentation must be intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered
Limited edition or final sale items
Custom-engraved or personalized products

📦 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping to prevent loss or damage in transit

💳 Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the return is received and inspected

Warranty Policy

Your OOSIK Tactical Timepiece is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, as indicated on your warranty card.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Normal wear and tear (including scratches or fading)
Water damage resulting from operator error (e.g., open crown or exceeding the rated depth)
Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
Loss or theft of the watch
